Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

If there is a manufacturer defect or any damages please contact us.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the lower 48 states. Any special inquiries, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns unless you received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon receiving.

If you have an issue with your order you must reach out within 14 days after receiving your order. Our staff will work with you in order to get you the correct item or a replacement for any damaged goods.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
