Tunnel Car Wash Systems

  • Presoak / High-Pressure Arches: 1:120 – 1:160 (0.8–1.0 oz. per gallon of water)
  • Bug & Road Film Removal Arch: 1:80 – 1:100 (1.3–1.6 oz. per gallon of water) for heavier soils
  • Recommended Temperature: Works in hot or cold water; hot water enhances cleaning on heavy grimw

In-Bay Automatic Systems

  • Presoak Cycle: 1:100 – 1:150 (0.85–1.3 oz. per gallon)
  • Bug/Tire Cleaner Pass: 1:80 – 1:100 for stubborn bugs, oil, or brake dust buildup
  • Application Method: Apply evenly, allow 30–60 seconds dwell time, then rinse thoroughly

Self-Serve Car Wash Bays

  • High-Pressure Gun / Foam Brush: 1:90 – 1:120 (1.0–1.4 oz. per gallon)
  • Pre-Spray for Bug & Tar Removal: 1:60 – 1:80 for concentrated cleaning before main wash
  • Customer Tip: Always rinse vehicle thoroughly before and after using foam brush
  1. Apply through foam applicators, prep guns, or high-pressure arches.
  2. Allow product to dwell for 30–60 seconds—do not let dry on surface.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water.
  4. For aluminum or specialty finishes, test on an inconspicuous area first.

Products that require special shipping will require a custom quote and additional fees. These include orders with more than (5) 5 Gallons and also 55 or 275 gallon sizes if available.
